Acceptable use policy
We deliver managed editorial placements for legitimate marketing and SEO programs. This policy describes content, niches and tactics we will not support—regardless of budget or credit volume.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Purpose
We maintain publisher relationships and product integrity by refusing campaigns that harm readers, violate publisher rules or create legal exposure. Customers must read this policy before submitting briefs. Violations may result in order cancellation, workspace suspension or termination under our terms of service. Return to the homepage for supported use cases.
Prohibited niches and topics
We do not place links for illegal products or services; counterfeit goods; unlicensed pharmaceuticals or “research chemical” offers; weapons or explosives sales; human trafficking or exploitation; hate or violence incitement; or sites whose primary purpose is malware, phishing or credential theft.
Adult explicit content, escort services and pornographic monetisation are out of scope. Gambling and betting campaigns are restricted and require explicit written approval during enterprise scoping— blind submissions are rejected. Cannabis and CBD promotions must comply with applicable jurisdiction rules; we decline campaigns that cannot demonstrate lawful advertising paths.
High-risk financial schemes—including unregistered securities promotions, deceptive crypto schemes, “guaranteed return” investment products and predatory lending—are prohibited. Payday loan and high- APR consumer credit campaigns face strict review and are often declined entirely.
Deceptive, harmful or manipulative content
We will not place content that misrepresents medical outcomes, legal results, security guarantees or product efficacy without substantiation your team and our reviewers accept. Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, impersonation of individuals or brands and false affiliation claims are prohibited.
Campaigns designed primarily to manipulate search engines—private blog networks advertised as inventory, expired-domain schemes, automated comment spam, hidden links, cloaking or anchor patterns intended solely to deceive algorithms—are rejected. We screen inventory to exclude obvious link farms; customers may not override screening to force toxic hosts into outreach.
Intellectual property and rights
Briefs and assets you supply must not infringe copyright, trademark or publicity rights. You must have authority to promote the target URLs and brands named in orders. We may refuse content that plagiarises publisher or competitor material or that uses scraped media without licence.
Publisher and third-party rules
Even when a niche is lawful, we decline placements that would violate a publisher’s editorial policy, sponsorship disclosure requirements or regional advertising rules. Sponsored attributes must appear when required; we label no-follow and sponsored links in proposals before you approve. Attempts to conceal commercial relationships from publishers or readers are prohibited.
Sensitive verticals
Regulated verticals—health-adjacent, legal, fintech and similar—are supported only with conservative claims language and appropriate approvals documented during scoping. We may decline YMYL campaigns that cannot meet publisher or internal quality bars, even if the customer requests aggressive anchors or unvetted claims. See industry playbooks under Industries for supported approaches.
Enforcement
We investigate suspected violations reported by publishers, customers or internal review. Confirmed violations may result in immediate order cancellation without credit refund where terms allow, removal from inventory shortlists and account termination. Repeated low-quality approvals that pressure staff to bypass screening may also trigger review.
Reporting concerns
To report a suspected violation or ask whether a niche is supported, contact hello@linkbuildingplatform.net before submitting briefs. When in doubt, disclose the full target niche and page set during demo scoping so filters and compliance expectations are clear upfront.
