Product scope and capabilities
What you receive after onboarding, how inventory works inside the dashboard and which business models fit best.
What do we get access to after onboarding?
You receive dashboard access to a vetted publisher marketplace, placement proposals with full context, in-house outreach and content production, order tracking from brief to live link, and reporting that ties placements to indexation and optional analytics signals. Agencies can add isolated client workspaces and unbranded exports.
Does the team execute outreach or only provide lists?
Execution is included. Our in-house team handles publisher negotiation, content adaptation and publish follow-through after you approve placements. You keep strategy, page priorities and final sign-off—not inbox management.
How is publisher inventory different from a static vendor sheet?
Inventory is filterable inside the product with authority bands, traffic tiers, categories and vetting notes—not a one-time spreadsheet. Sites rotate out when they fail re-checks. Proposals always reflect current availability at approval time.
Can we connect the tools we already use?
Read-only integrations with common analytics and Search Console properties overlay referral and query signals on placement reporting. Connections are optional and scoped per workspace. Link-level reporting works without integrations.
How many team members can use a workspace?
Role-based invitations let SEO, content, brand and finance stakeholders participate at appropriate permission levels. Agencies add client reviewers without exposing unrelated accounts. User limits scale with your proposal tier.
Which business models fit the product best?
B2B, SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, health-adjacent, professional services and the agencies serving them are the most common fits. Sensitive verticals are qualified during scoping so filters and compliance expectations are clear before credits commit.
Pricing and scoping
Why pricing is scoped in writing, how credits map to approved placements and what inputs change your proposal.
Why is there no public price list on the site?
Monthly credit volume, quality tier, white label requirements and niche difficulty vary too much for one published rate. After a demo you receive a written proposal mapped to your target pages and placement goals. Credits remain visible inside the product for forecasting.
How do credits work?
Credits represent delivery capacity against approved placements. Each proposal shows the credit cost before you accept. Rejected placements do not consume credits. Finance can track committed, in-flight and delivered credits from exports.
What inputs affect the proposal we receive?
Target URL difficulty, publisher authority bands, content depth, niche moderation, turnaround expectations and total monthly volume all influence tier placement. White label and multi-workspace needs are captured too. Scoping calls align these inputs before numbers are finalized.
Is there a minimum term or volume?
Most engagements start with a monthly credit pack and an initial term so both sides can judge delivery quality. Exact minimums depend on tier and are documented in the proposal. Shorter trial scopes are available when inventory fit must be proven first.
Can we start with a limited scope?
Yes. Trial scopes focus on a narrow page set or single workspace so you can judge inventory fit and workflow before expanding credits. Trial terms—including volume and duration—are spelled out in writing, not implied on marketing pages.
Approvals and control
When you sign off, what happens when you reject a proposal and how blocklists persist across campaigns.
When in the process do we approve placements?
After you brief target URLs, themes and anchor preferences, we propose specific publishers and contexts from the marketplace. You accept or reject each item in the dashboard before outreach begins. Nothing publishes on your behalf without that sign-off.
Is there a cost to rejecting a proposal?
Rejected proposals do not consume delivery credits. You can request revisions to anchors, target pages or publisher choice and review again. Only accepted placements move into outreach and content production.
Can clients or brand teams approve on our behalf?
Role permissions let you route approval queues to client contacts, brand reviewers or legal stakeholders while keeping sourcing centralized. Audit history records who approved each placement. Agencies hide internal economics from client views when configured.
How do blocklists and anchor rules persist?
Workspace settings store domain blocklists, category exclusions and anchor ratios that apply to every new proposal. Changes affect future orders without altering completed placements. Guardrails are reviewed during onboarding and adjustable later.
Do high-volume programs require individual clicks for every placement?
Batch review is available when proposals share the same brief template and guardrails, but exceptions still surface for manual decision. Bulk actions never bypass compliance flags or blocklists. You choose how much automation fits your governance model.
Delivery and turnaround
Turnaround expectations, content production, link attributes, replacements and ownership of assets you supply.
What turnaround should we plan for?
Median time from approval to live link often falls two to four weeks, depending on niche and publisher calendars. Higher-authority or heavily moderated hosts can take longer. Order tracking shows stage-level status when dates shift.
Which milestones will we see on active orders?
Orders move through outreach, drafting, editorial review, scheduling and live verification—with notes when a publisher calendar changes. Asset requests and draft reviews appear as actionable tasks in the dashboard. Completed steps remain in the history.
Who produces content for guest and PR placements?
In-house editors and writers adapt your brief to publisher guidelines, with internal review before submission. You supply accurate facts, positioning and compliance boundaries. Publishers retain final editorial control on their domains.
What happens if a live link disappears?
If a placement fails agreed indexation or removal checks within the replacement window in your proposal, we source a comparable placement at no additional credit cost. The order record documents what happened and what replaced it.
Are placements do-follow by default?
Default inventory targets contextual editorial do-follow links on sites that pass traffic and relevance checks. Sponsored or no-follow attributes are labelled clearly in proposals when publisher policy requires them. You approve attributes before outreach.
Who owns the content and assets we supply?
Unless a publisher contract states otherwise, you retain rights to briefs, messaging and assets you provide. Published articles remain on publisher domains under their licence. Ownership terms are confirmed per placement type before outreach.
White label and agencies
White label reporting, client workspace isolation, NDAs and how agencies protect margin on retainers.
Can agencies present delivery under their own brand?
Agency plans include unbranded client reports and workspace settings that let you show progress without exposing our branding. Publisher sourcing and outreach stay on our side so clients do not need a second vendor relationship.
How are client accounts separated?
Each client receives an isolated workspace with its own briefs, approvals, blocklists and reporting. Agency operators see only the clients their role permits. Portfolio roll-ups remain available for internal management.
How do agencies protect margin on client work?
Written proposals define credit tiers and volumes so retail pricing maps cleanly to delivery cost. Transparent credits inside the dashboard reduce surprise overages when rebuilding quotes. You control the commercial layer—we document delivery economics in scoping.
Will you sign agency or end-client NDAs?
Mutual NDAs are standard for programs handling client identities and unreleased assets. Client-specific NDAs can be reviewed during agency or enterprise scoping. Sensitive files stay attached to orders rather than informal channels.
How quickly can we add a new client workspace?
After master agreement scoping, new workspaces can clone guardrails from templates you define. Initial inventory review happens during onboarding or a demo. First proposals follow once briefs and blocklists are saved.
Reporting and cancellation
What reporting includes, export options, review cadence and how pausing or ending a program works.
What does reporting include out of the box?
Live link URLs, anchor text, referring domains, placement type, indexation status and approval history. Optional integrations add referral and query overlays from properties you authorize. Agency workspaces export unbranded summaries for client decks.
How often should we review results?
Monthly reviews alongside credit usage work well for active campaigns; quarterly roll-ups suit leadership and finance. The dashboard supports both without manual spreadsheet merges. Historical placements remain searchable for audits.
Can we schedule or automate exports?
CSV and PDF exports cover chosen date ranges and workspace filters on demand. Scheduled delivery options can be arranged during scoping for enterprise or agency programs. Exports reflect the same metrics visible in the dashboard.
How does cancellation or pausing work?
You may pause or end according to the notice period in your written proposal. Unused credits and in-flight orders reconcile against replacement and delivery rules already agreed. Exit paths are documented upfront—not handled ad hoc.
What happens to in-flight orders if we pause?
Orders already approved generally complete under the rules active at approval unless you withdraw them explicitly. Pausing new approvals stops fresh outreach while letting you wind down gracefully. Status for each order stays visible on the board.
Can we export our records after the relationship ends?
Placement history, approval trails and reporting exports remain available for the retention period defined in your agreement. We recommend downloading portfolio records before access sunsets. Data handling at exit is covered in enterprise or standard terms.
