Our website at https://linkbuildingplatform.net describes the product; customer workspaces are accessed separately after onboarding. We collect information you provide directly—such as name, work email, company, job title and message content when you submit a contact or demo form. If you become a customer, we collect account details, billing contacts, campaign briefs and files you upload to orders. When you connect third-party analytics or Search Console properties inside a customer workspace, we process data according to the permissions you grant. Those connections are read-only and scoped to properties you authorize; we do not request broad account access beyond what reporting requires.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, operate customer workspaces, deliver contracted outreach services, send service-related notices and improve the website. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted by law and with appropriate consent or legitimate interest, and you may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
