Terms of service
These terms govern access to https://linkbuildingplatform.net, demo requests and—where a separate written agreement exists— customer use of managed outreach workspaces operated through linkbuildingplatform.net.

Agreement to terms
By accessing the website or submitting a demo request, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you sign a customer proposal, statement of work or master services agreement, that document controls where it conflicts with these general website terms. Return to the homepage for product overview.
Website use
You may browse public pages for lawful business purposes. You may not scrape, reverse engineer or overload site infrastructure; attempt unauthorised access to workspaces; misrepresent affiliation with us; or use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content. We may suspend access that violates these terms or our acceptable use policy.
Demo and marketing enquiries
Demo requests and contact submissions must provide accurate information. We may decline enquiries that fall outside supported verticals, violate acceptable use or appear fraudulent. Marketing materials on the site describe typical workflows; contracted scope is defined only in written proposals signed by both parties.
Customer accounts and workspaces
Customer workspaces are provisioned after onboarding. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for actions taken under your account, including approvals issued by users you invite. Role permissions should reflect your internal governance; we are not liable for approvals your team authorises in the dashboard.
You retain ownership of briefs, assets and brand materials you supply. Published articles remain on publisher domains under their licences unless a placement contract states otherwise. We retain operational records—orders, approvals, live URLs—as needed to deliver and report on services.
Service scope and delivery
Managed outreach includes publisher sourcing from vetted inventory, content adaptation, outreach execution after your approval and reporting as described in your proposal. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes or publisher acceptance rates. Turnaround depends on publisher calendars and niche moderation; estimates in proposals are planning guides, not guarantees.
Replacement handling for removed or failed placements follows the rules in your written proposal. Rejected placement proposals do not consume delivery credits unless your agreement states otherwise.
Fees and payment
Fees, credit volumes, billing cycles and notice periods are specified in customer proposals—not on public marketing pages. Late payment may suspend new order intake until accounts are current. Taxes apply where required by law. Disputes about invoicing should be raised promptly with hello@linkbuildingplatform.net.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use services to promote prohibited niches or manipulative schemes described in our acceptable use policy. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate publisher policies, applicable law or these terms. You indemnify us against claims arising from content or targets you approve when those approvals breach your representations to us.
Intellectual property
We own website content, product interfaces, documentation and branding except where third-party materials are credited. You receive a limited licence to use the customer dashboard during an active agreement. Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and services are provided as described in your agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to fees paid for the services giving rise to a claim during the preceding twelve months, except where limitation is prohibited. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for publisher editorial decisions outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate according to notice periods in the customer proposal. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment or acceptable use violations. Provisions that by nature should survive—payment obligations, confidentiality, liability limits—remain in effect after termination.
Governing law and contact
Governing law and dispute resolution venue are specified in customer contracts where applicable; otherwise disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction stated in your proposal or, for website-only use, the laws applicable to our place of business.
